Oklahoma Office of Rural
Health - Oklahoma State Department of Health: The Office of Rural Health,
Oklahoma State University Extension Service, Oklahoma State Department of Health, and the
University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center College of Public Health have collaborated
in the development of community strategic health planning for rural Oklahoma. Strategic
health planning assists rural communities in developing a plan to meet the changing face
of health care. The community develops its own priorities, goals, and objectives. The
resource team provides technical assistance by providing previously collected data and
