Presentation

A flu-like illness with fever, dyspnea, cough, and leukocytosis
Less severe than farmers lung and more common
Occurs after a delay after high-level exposure to various dusts (moldy grain, grain dusts, moldy silage, wood chips, foul dust, swine dust, etc.)
