• petechial rash on ankles, wrist appears on days 3 to 5

• Prostration

• abdominal pain

• AFDS

• rhabdomyolysis

• seizures or coma

A petechial rash on the ankles and wrists appears on days three to five as the illness worsens. h. Prostration. i. Abdominal pain. j. Adult respiratory distress syndrome. k. Rhabdomyolysis. 1. Seizures or coma in later stages.
